Job summary

The position supports an apprenticeship onboarding program and requires basic computer skills, regular attendance, and ability to pass vision/hearing/mobility checks. Attendance flexibility is needed for shift hours.

Qualifications

• Skills-based assessment evaluating reading, math, inspection & measurement, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 1 year of similar job experience preferred.
• Regular attendance.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic computer skills and/or comfort using a computer.
• Physical ability to pass vision, hearing, and mobility requirements.
• Successful candidates will be enrolled in a registered apprenticeship program as part of onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Picking and staging feedstock for fulfillment orders.
• Breaking down bulk bundles for customer-specific orders.
• Packaging of material to customer requirements.
• Operating a sit-down or side loader forklift to move material as needed.
• Completion of paperwork and SAP work orders for shipping/receiving.
• Maximize productivity for finished goods creation.
• Other duties as assigned or changed.
