Job summary

Clemens Food Group is hiring a Warehouse Associate at our Hatfield, PA facility. You will accurately pick and prepare customer orders, operate an electric pallet jack, and stage pallets for outbound shipping in a refrigerated environment.

You’ll join a safety‑minded team focused on accuracy, efficiency, and reliable daily performance while supporting receiving, stocking, and inventory scans.

Qualifications

• Lift and handle products weighing up to 80–100 pounds.
• Able to work in refrigerated and freezer environments.
• Basic math skills and ability to count accurately.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
• Able to follow instructions and work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical activity including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare orders using an electric rider pallet jack (lowboy).
• Work in refrigerated and freezer areas to locate and retrieve products.
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets for outbound shipping.
• Use touchscreen scanners to track inventory and ensure order accuracy.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and putting away incoming products.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Participate in daily team huddles and communicate with coworkers and supervisors.
• Work independently while supporting team productivity and daily shipping goals.

What You'll Do

• Experience operating electric pallet jacks or using warehouse scanners is a plus.
