Job summary

Clemens Food Group is hiring a Warehouse Associate / Order Picker to help keep distribution operations running smoothly. You will select, organize, and prepare customer orders, using an electric rider pallet jack and touchscreens to ensure accuracy, while working in refrigerated areas and contributing to daily shipping goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or shipping roles is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in refrigerated and freezer environments.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare orders using an electric rider pallet jack (lowboy).

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Associate / Order Picker, you'll help keep our distribution operations running smoothly by accurately selecting, organizing, and preparing customer orders.

Pick and prepare orders using an electric rider pallet jack (lowboy).

Work in refrigerated and freezer warehouse areas to locate and retrieve products.

Build, wrap, and stage pallets for outbound shipping.

Use touchscreen scanners to track inventory and ensure order accuracy.

Assist with receiving, stocking, and putting away incoming products.

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

What We're Looking For

You don't need years of warehouse experience to succeed here. We're looking for reliable people who enjoy physical work, pay attention to detail, and are willing to learn.

Qualifications:

Ability to lift and handle products weighing up to 80–100 pounds.

Comfortable working in refrigerated and freezer environments.

Basic math skills and ability to accurately count and organize products.

Dependable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic.

Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable with physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.

Previous warehouse, distribution, order picking, or shipping and receiving experience preferred, but not required.

Experience operating electric pallet jacks or using warehouse scanners is a plus.
