Monday - Friday, 4pm - 12:30am

Summary:

Create, coordinate, and complete shipments of goods. Coordinate with logistics locations, suppliers, and vendors. Process orders and ensure timely shipments. Develop operational reports and act as a point of contact for customer service. Dispatch requests to transportation providers as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform daily activities for assigned shifts or areas.
• Adhere to warehouse work instructions for receiving, labeling, storing, and shipping.
• Meet company objectives in performance, safety, quality, leadership, and customer service.
• Work with supervisors and teams to improve service.
• Unload inbound shipments safely, stage, and load products.
• Move products efficiently and securely into trailers.
• Verify shipments, check freight, and ensure paperwork is complete.
• Perform forklift activities, labeling, sorting, packing, and maintaining a clean environment.
• Maintain an organized workspace and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Forklift experience is required.
• Skills include basic math, ability to work independently, attention to detail, organizational skills, effective communication, and customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent education.
• Material Handling Certification, Dangerous Goods Qualification, Forklift Certification.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.

Skills & Competencies:

• Ability to verify inventory and ensure order accuracy.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Language & Computer Skills:

• English proficiency preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Physical & Working Conditions:

Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs, operate material handling equipment, and stand for extended periods. Work environment includes typical warehouse conditions with exposure to temperature variations and low to moderate noise levels.

Employment Details:

At-will employment. Base pay ranges from $17.00 to $22.75 per hour, depending on various factors.
