Job summary

Holley Performance Products, Inc. in Bowling Green, KY seeks a 2nd Shift Warehouse Operator to join our distribution team. You will perform packing, picking, and RF-scanner driven stocking.

Starting pay is $16.88 per hour with a 2nd shift premium; overtime and weekend work may be required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Experience with Voice-picking is a plus and basic Windows/computer skills are needed to use the RF scanner and our Syteline system.

Qualifications

• Willing to work overtime including weekends.

We are looking for an Enthusiast 2nd Warehouse Operator.

Starting pay is $16.88 with 2nd shift premium and hourly pay progressions.

Key Job Elements (Essential Functions Performed):

• Piece pack or full case packing of components accurately from designated locations per pick tickets or written instructions.
• Be able to perform picking functions.
• Experience with “Voice” driven picking or material handling is a plus.
• Be able to perform RF scanner driven stocking and put-away functions.
• Be able to lift 50lbs when needed and work actively on your feet at least 7 hours per day.
• Adhere to a safety first and clean as you always go expectation in all work areas.
• Basic computer experience using windows-based applications which is required to use the RF scanner.

Basic Qualifications:

• Work in a Distribution Center/Shipping atmosphere preferred but not required.
• High School diploma or GED obtained from an accredited institution preferred.
• Ability to learn and use Holley’s Syteline system, such as inquiry, mass location transfers, pick confirm, and ship confirm transactions.
• Willing to work overtime; including weekends.
