Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations including warehousing, receiving, and shipping.
• Plan inbound and outbound volume, space utilization, and equipment management.
• Hire, train, supervise, counsel, and discipline team members.
• Manage operations to meet productivity, service, client SLA, KPI, quality, cost, revenue, and profit objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Plan daily work schedules and assign duties to warehouse staff.
• Ensure team proficiency with WMS and information systems.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and housekeeping programs.
