Job summary

Schnellecke is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager for the 2nd shift to lead our warehousing activities in Alabama. You will drive operational excellence, manage supervisors and staff, and ensure service levels align with client needs and safety standards.

With a focus on continuous improvement, you will monitor KPIs, optimize manpower and budgets, and coordinate with senior leadership to deliver reliable, efficient production support in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of logistics or operations leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, SLAs, and KPI management.
• Experience managing budgets, labor planning, and resources.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
