Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of warehouse experience
• 2-3 years of leadership or management experience
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, safety, and quality standards
• Able to lead teams and drive accountability in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must pass criminal background check
• Must pass drug screening

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to safety principles and promote a safe work environment
• Enforce standard work procedures and safety rules for all tasks
• Supervise and direct associates within the area
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and inventory to meet targets
• Implement and uphold company values, policies, and standards
• Identify and drive process improvements to boost efficiency
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams on shift performance
• Support development of engineering and technical standards for continuous improvement
• Maintain manpower planning documents and staffing communications
• Participate in operational meetings to plan and achieve goals
• Support Lean Management and continuous improvement activities
• Maintain 5S workplace organization standards
