Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years' equivalent education and experience.
• 5-7 years of related operations and management experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Must be familiar with OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workload and safety of Supervisors and associates.
• Ensure orders are correct and on time to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage assets in support of warehouse operations and reallocation when needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure upgrades and repairs are completed efficiently.
• Develop processes to meet inventory goals and improve service levels.
• Suggest efficiency and cost-reduction ideas and implement changes in inbound/outbound operations.
• Identify problems and propose solutions across teams.
