Job summary

Colonial Group in Minnesota is seeking a Material Handler II to support the Picking Team. You will safely move materials and finished goods using powered equipment, maintain accurate inventory, and ensure smooth product flow.

The role requires operating cherry pickers, stand-up reach trucks, hand scanners, and pallet jacks; you'll pick, transfer, and stage goods, escalating issues as needed. This is a full-time evening shift with $20.00/hr plus shift differential.

Job Summary

Schedule: 3:30 pm - 12:00 am (Monday - Friday)

Hourly Pay: $20.00 + Shift Differential

As a Material Handler II on the Picking Team you will support operations by safely moving materials and finished goods throughout the facility using various types of powered industrial equipment. Ensures efficient product flow and accurate inventory handling.

Essential Job Functions

• Operate a variety of powered industrial equipment (Cherry Picker and Stand Up Reach Truck) in a safe and efficient manner
• Utilize hand scanners to track inventory and complete transactions
• Pick and transfer products accurately to designated boxes and pick locations
• Move finished goods to appropriate staging or storage areas
• Operate manual and motorized pallet jacks as needed
• Use judgment and experience to resolve routine operational issues; escalated more complex problems to management
