Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid lift truck license or be able to pass certification.
• Must be able to operate a man-lift and retrieve material from high places.
• Excellent attendance is required.
• Must be able to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Detail orientation is essential to maintain high accuracy.
• Willingness to work overtime on short notice.
• Demonstrates effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Oracle experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and ship orders accurately and on time.
• Use barcode scanners to perform pick, put-away, and shipping transactions.
• Provide backup for team in warehouse and perform various duties as assigned.
• Operate material handling equipment and use required PPE; follow safety rules and policies.
• Communicate with teammates to prevent and resolve problems; notify supervisors of unresolved issues.
• Maintain high accuracy on all transactions; report discrepancies promptly.
• Keep work areas clean and orderly; adhere to housekeeping standards.
• Work with limited supervision and adapt to different shifts or areas as needed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• - Ability to pick, pack and ship orders in an accurate and timely manner.
• - Utilize Barcode Scanners to perform Pick, Put-Away & Shipping transactions.
• - Provide backup for team in Warehouse, performing various duties as assigned.
• - Must be able to operate all material handling equipment, use required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety rules and company policies.
• - Communicate with others as needed to prevent and resolve problems or issues.
• - Notify Supervisors of problems that are not resolvable.
• - High degree of accuracy required on all transactions.
• - Housekeeping - maintain clean and orderly work area.
• - Ability to work with limited supervision.
