Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Material Handler for 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 3:00pm–11:30pm) in Wyandotte, MI. You will support operations by moving material throughout the facility using hand trucks, conveyors and scanners.

Responsibilities include packing, labeling, counting, verifying orders, adhering to 7S, and maintaining a safe, clean work area. Requires basic math, ability to read safety rules, and at least 1 year warehouse experience.

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Strong teamwork and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Move material and inventory throughout the facility.
• Use hand trucks, conveyors, or other material handling equipment.
• Assist with packing, scanning, kitting or counting products.
• Verify orders, label products and use a handheld scanner.
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean work area.
• Work safely to protect yourself and teammates.
