Kelly Services in York, SC is seeking a Warehouse Manager for the 2nd shift (2PM–10:20PM). The role focuses on coordinating daily warehouse activities, maintaining inventory accuracy in WMS/SAP, and ensuring timely delivery to production.

Overtime may be available as needed. The incumbent will operate powered industrial vehicles, perform counts and audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• PIV certification is preferred and experience operating forklifts/reach trucks.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and SAP.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work the 2nd shift (2PM–10:20PM) and willing to overtime.
• Uphold OSHA safety standards and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure timely delivery of materials to production and assembly areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment; maintain accurate records in WMS/SAP.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventories and discrepancy investigations.
• Safely operate powered industrial vehicles (forklifts, reach trucks, etc.).
• Load, unload, transport, and stage materials throughout the facility.
• Perform daily PIV inspections and report malfunctions.
• Verify incoming/outgoing shipments and ensure compliance with processes and safety standards.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality teams to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
