Propak Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Maintenance Technician II for the Montgomery, IL site. This mid-level role focuses on facility and equipment maintenance, preventive tasks, and reliable uptime under supervision. Starting pay is $26.00 per hour with progression opportunities.

The position requires 1–3 years in maintenance, basic electrical knowledge, and a willingness to grow within a safety‑conscious team. Competitive benefits and regular pay.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
• Basic electrical knowledge; certifications a plus.
• Welding experience (arc and/or MIG) preferred; certification a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Vocational/trade school training or equivalent on-the-job experience preferred.
• Basic 24V DC wiring and ability to read simple schematics.
• 120V AC and 240V AC wiring, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Basic hydraulic and pneumatic systems knowledge.
• Familiarity with production tools: Sawzall, air nail guns, screw guns, electric motors.
• Basic computer proficiency: ability to process PMs, manage logs, and communicate via email.
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills with a willingness to develop advanced competencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility and equipment maintenance, repairs, and preventive tasks.
• Work under the guidance of the Maintenance III Technician and Plant Manager.
• Contribute to production uptime and workplace safety.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and perform mechanical/electrical repairs as needed.
