Industrial Maintenance Technician II Industrial 2nd Shift
Regular Full-Time Manual Labor, Riverside, MO, US.
Shift: 2nd Shift Monday - Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM.
Job Summary
The Maintenance II Technician is responsible for performing facility and equipment maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks at the site level. This is a mid-level maintenance position that works under the guidance of the Maintenance III Technician and Plant Manager to keep equipment safe, functional, and operating efficiently. The Maintenance II Technician contributes to production uptime and workplace safety by executing preventive maintenance schedules, performing mechanical and electrical repairs, and supporting complex tasks alongside senior maintenance staff. This position requires solid technical skills, a willingness to grow, and the ability to work with moderate supervision.
Pay Rate
- $26.50 per hour, with guaranteed progression at 50‑cent increases after 90 days, 1 year, and annually thereafter for a total of five years, reaching the maximum rate after five years.

Experience & Certifications
- 1–3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
- Basic electrical knowledge; certifications a plus.
- Welding experience (arc and/or MIG) preferred; certification a plus.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Vocational/trade school training or equivalent on‑the‑job experience preferred.
- Basic 24V DC wiring and ability to read simple schematics.
- 120V AC and 240V AC wiring, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Basic hydraulic and pneumatic systems knowledge.
- Familiarity with production tools: Sawzall, air nail guns, screw guns, electric motors.
- Basic computer proficiency: ability to process PMs, manage logs, and communicate via email.
- Mechanical troubleshooting skills with a willingness to develop advanced competencies.
