Dairy Farmers of America is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the warehouse/cooler team during the 2nd shift. You will organize daily workloads, supervise staff, and ensure accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory processes while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least 4 years of related experience with leadership responsibilities, plus forklift certification if required by operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years of warehouse, distribution, production, or related experience with leadership or team lead experience.
• Certification and/or license – forklift or similar equipment may be required.

Responsabilités

• Lead the warehouse/cooler team on day-to-day operations.
• Communicate daily shift schedule and delegate tasks.
• Ensure accuracy of inbound/outbound paperwork and inventories.
• Monitor KPI and adjust operations to meet targets.
• Train and develop warehouse staff and certify equipment as needed.
• Conduct regular inventories and audits.
