Job summary

Sandvik Mining & Rock is hiring a Warehouse Lead on 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:30 PM) to supervise distribution operations and ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment. You will oversee team performance, apply VAS tasks, and coordinate with other leads to drive overall warehouse efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in warehousing or distribution, forklift certification, and experience with WMS/RFT. High school diploma or equivalent is required; English proficiency is important for daily

Qualifications

• > 5+ years in Warehousing/Distribution/Supply Chain
• Forklift driving experience/certification
• Ability to read and interpret orders, procedures and policies

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Sandvik policies, SOPs, safety, and environmental practices
• Operate tools and materials safely in processes (e.g., MHE)
• Monitor and drive operations performance and quality
• Manage resources and workflow decisions
• Assist employees with operational issues and escalate as needed
• Collaborate with other leads to improve warehouse performance
• Execute Value Added Service functions per customer requirements
• Accurately report packages/shipments and ensure compliance with Sandvik policies
