Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience is preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely order completion.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities; suggest performance improvements.
• Use warehouse management systems and maintain work documents.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and enforce policies and safety procedures.
• Safely operate equipment and provide support to warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate problems; catalog goods and supplies.
• Adhere to 7S and keep a clean work environment.
• Work safely to protect team members.
