Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Warehouse/Inventory Associate in New Jersey for a 2nd shift role, working 4:00 pm–12:30 am, Monday through Friday with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities include inspecting products, maintaining inventory records, handling incoming/outgoing kits, and supporting deliveries. Requires 2+ years of experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license; associates degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience
• Valid Driver’s license with good driving record
• Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed

Responsibilities

• Inspect products and record damaged, defective, shortages, movement of and expired products
• Check inventory records for availability
• Compile and inspect incoming/outgoing kits for compliance
• Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas
• Expedite or trace deliveries with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse or carriers
• Investigate customer complaints and track service levels
• Work with internal resources for alternative product obtainment
• Deliver equipment to customer sites and arrange merchandise for transport
• Organize, retrieve, or place goods from/into stock from multiple sources
• Complete other duties as assigned
