Job summary

Ferguson is seeking two 2nd shift Warehouse Associate Equipment Operators for our Lebanon, TN distribution center. Ideal candidates have warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience and take pride in safe, accurate work.

Schedule: 2nd shift Monday–Friday with start times at 3:00 PM or 5:00 PM depending on responsibilities. Starting pay is $22.50 per hour ($20.00 base + $2.50 shift differential) with potential bonuses and various benefits after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, distribution or receiving experience preferred.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment (stand-up forklifts, reach trucks).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed based on business demands.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safety procedures.
• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations.
• Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, voice systems, and/or labor management systems.
• Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrity.
• Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety while following standard operating procedures.
