Job summary

Emerson’s Chanhassen, MN facility is hiring a Production Supervisor for the second shift (Mon–Thu, 3:00PM–1:30AM) to grow your leadership career. You will oversee production areas and help drive safety, quality, continuous improvement, productivity, training, cost management, and employee engagement in a positive, high‑performing environment.

You’ll plan daily operations, assign work, coach team members, support staffing through interviews, and ensure clear communication of goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of related supervisory experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to work 2nd shift (Mon–Thu, 3:00PM - 1:30AM).

Responsibilities

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Managing employee relations by addressing concerns promptly, supporting conflict resolution, and promoting a positive, respectful workplace culture.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $70,000-$90,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
