The role requires 1+ year in warehouse operations, experience with SAP and MS Office, and strong interpersonal skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse/manufacturing operations.
• Ability to work 2nd shift hours and OT.
• Experience with multiple systems (SAP/Microsoft Suite).
• Experience in fast-paced and multitasking environment.
• Proven interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities, including configuring loads and supervising personnel.
• Supervise shipping department staff related to packaging, loading, receipt, and stocking of materials.
• Establish priority schedules for shipping activities.
• Arrange carrier pickups and adjust transportation methods for service and cost.
• Maintain shipping data and prepare shipping reports.
• Create and review shipping documents; update systems as needed.
