Job summary

Perdue Farms is seeking a Warehouse Billing Clerk for the 2nd Shift to manage billing and shipping documentation, coordinate delivery schedules, and update inventory with accuracy. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and support operational excellence while promoting safety.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, and have 1–3 years of related experience.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
1 to 3 years of related shipping, billing, or clerical experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Access.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts and to understand, speak, read, and write fluent English.
Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare billing paperwork and operate the shipping and receiving office as needed.
Process customer orders and related correspondence, including email, fax, and telephone communications.
Communicate and collaborate with other departments to resolve customer service issues.
Participate in Company and department safety programs.
Comply with Company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
