Job summary

Pilgrim is seeking an Operations Management Support role in Ottumwa, Iowa. The position focuses on inventory control, cycle counts, and handling incoming/outgoing parts in a production environment.

• The Warehouse Attendant position will be responsible for inventory management.
• . Do cycle counts every month / spot checks of inventory
• Be able to operate a powered industrial truck and small walking jack as needed to unload trailers.
• Verify shipments against packaging slips.
• Keep work areas clean .
• Issue out parts and put away in coming parts
• Other duties as needed.
• Issue / Reverse goods Receipts

Working Conditions:

• Production and maintenance settings
• Exposure to various chemicals and machinery.
• Slippery floors, cold temp eratures, Warm temps

R elationships :

Internal: Employees on the production line and plant management

Special Skills:

• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally in English

• Maintenance back round would be helpful for identifying parts

Education:

• High School degree or equivalent required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
