Job summary

Coleto Brands, parent Company of Progress Lighting and Kichler, is seeking a General Warehouse Associate for the Progress Lighting – Jefferson, GA location on 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM), Monday through Friday with overtime as needed. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Experience operating PIT equipment and SAP familiarity is preferred. You will pick, pack, receive and maintain a clean, organized workspace using 5S, collaborating with teammates and following all company

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Certification in Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) operation preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• 1-2 years’ experience in distribution or warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate PIT equipment to move materials and products
• Accurately and efficiently perform picking, packing, and receiving tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area through the 5s methodology
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Participate in team/safety meetings
• Additional duties as assigned
