Coleto Brands is seeking a General Warehouse Associate at our Progress Lighting - Jefferson, GA site for 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM), with overtime as needed. You will safely operate PIT equipment, pick/pack/receive, and maintain an organized workspace.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years in a distribution or warehouse setting, working knowledge of SAP, and the ability to follow instructions while working independently and in a team. This is a safety-sensitive role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in distribution or warehouse setting.
• Certification inPowered Industrial Truck (PIT) operation preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate PIT equipment to move materials and products.
• Accurately and efficiently perform picking, packing, and receiving tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S methodology.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Participate in team/safety meetings.
• Additional duties as assigned.
