Job summary

Coleto Brands in Jefferson, GA is seeking a General Warehouse Associate for Progress Lighting. The 1st shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM), Monday through Friday, includes overtime as needed.

The ideal candidate has experience operating PIT equipment such as order pickers and reach trucks and can work safely in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will perform picking, packing, receiving, maintain 5S, and collaborate with the team while complying with safety policies.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Certification in Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) operation preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• 1-2 years’ experience in distribution or warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate PIT equipment to move materials and products.
• Accurately and efficiently perform picking, packing, and receiving tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area through the 5s methodology.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and experienced in operating powered industrial trucks (PIT), including order pickers, reach trucks and pacers.

• Safely operate PIT equipment to move materials and products
• Accurately and efficiently perform picking, packing, and receiving tasks

Skills and Experience:

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Must be able and willing to operate Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment at elevated heights of up to 35 feet
• Must be able and willing to work overtime as required, including extended shifts and/or weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
