Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Ellettsville, IN distribution center. This full-time role supports accurate receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The position offers a second shift M-F from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM with pay ranging from $19.70 to $22.10 per hour, plus benefits after 30 days, ESOP eligibility, and a modern, employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Availability to work weekends/holidays/overnight schedules.
• 1+ year in food distribution or warehouse preferred.
• 1+ year operating powered warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, stock pickers).
• Strong communication with internal customers and management.
• Follow safe warehouse practices and support safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stow, pick, pack and ship shipments to meet customer needs.
• Operate warehouse equipment and manage inventory.
• Maintain production standards while minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency.
• Build pallets and ensure proper labeling and descriptions.
• Participate in continuous improvement and special projects.
