Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Jasper, TN seeks a Warehouse Associate for 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 3pm–11pm). Base pay is $17.25/hr plus $0.85/hr shift differential. Benefits start day 1 and 80 hours of vacation are provided. On-Demand Pay is available.

You will crate, pull product, unload trucks, inspect cartons, and rebox as needed to ensure safe, accurate orders. No experience required; mechanical aptitude is helpful.

Qualifications

• No experience required; mechanical aptitude helpful
• Basic knowledge of shipping process helpful
• Must have good eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity

Responsibilities

• Assist with warehouse operations: crating, pulling product, unloading trucks
• Load loose cartons into trucks to ensure stability
• Consolidate products on storage racks and prepare crates for shipment
• Perform daily safety checks on equipment
• Maintain accurate time cards and assist in plant safety programs
• Attend staff meetings as needed
• Perform duties of Warehouse Associate 2 when required
• Maintain orderly warehouse and perform housekeeping
