Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Jasper, TN is seeking a Warehouse Associate for 1st shift. Walk-In Interviews every Tuesday and Wednesday 6AM - 8AM CDT at 1274 Industrial Blvd, Jasper, TN 37347. Base pay is $17.25 per hour, benefits start day 1, 80 hours vacation, and on-demand pay available.

Associate will crate, pull product, and unload trucks, ensure accurate order filling, and inspect cartons for shipping suitability. Position requires physical effort and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must have good eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to lift up to 86 pounds repeatedly and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Detail oriented with good communication and teamwork.
• Able to separate product by color.

Responsibilities

• Assist with warehouse operations: crating, pulling product, and unloading trucks.
• Load loose cartons into trucks to ensure stability during shipment.
• Collect wood products for crates setup.
• Build crates from wooden materials for shipment.
• Repair or reseal damaged cartons or rebox product as needed.
• Consolidate accessory and siding products on storage racks.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance and safety checks on motorized equipment.
• Perform warehouse housekeeping and other related duties.
• Attend staff meetings with the Distribution Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate time cards and participate in safety programs.
