Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our warehousing team. The role involves safely performing a variety of duties including receiving, storing, and shipping products, while maintaining accurate records and inventory.

You will operate PBV material handling equipment and interact with automation systems during pallet building and load-out processes. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift experience, and basic math/reading/writing skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Pass forklift skills assessment and operate PBV material handling equipment safely.
• At least six months of forklift experience preferred.
• Computer/HMI skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Good math, reading, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Verifies accuracy and quality of products received from vendors and shipped to customers.
• Maintains records (BOLs, receivers, pick tickets) per SOPs for each task.
• Counts damaged/returned goods and ensures inventory accuracy.
• Interacts with automation systems and picking tickets to build and verify pallets.
• Safely operates forklifts, pallet jacks, wrappers, and other equipment.
• Performs janitorial tasks to maintain a clean work area.
• Possibly handles yard switching and trailer movement as needed.
• Adheres to GMP and food safety guidelines.
