Job summary

NSI Industries in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate I for our distribution center on 2nd shift, 3:00pm–11:30pm with overtime as needed.

You will pick customer orders with a handheld scanner, work with cobots, and prepare orders for shipping while keeping the work area clean, safe, and organized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Good math and reading skills.
• Proficient with WMS systems and shipping software.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Willing to work overtime when necessary.
• Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to communicate effectively and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders using a handheld scanner, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with robots (cobots) during the order pulling process.
• Transport completed orders to the shipping audit station for final inspection and packing.
• Package and label raw materials into finished products.
• Print labels for finished products.
• Complete production paperwork, noting quantities and material used.
• Assist in unloading ocean freight containers.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the work area.
• Participate in physical inventories as required.
