Job summary

SIMOS is hiring for 2nd-shift Warehouse Associates in Hebron, KY. This temp-to-hire role involves receiving, storing, picking, and shipping parts to customers, with a focus on accuracy and safety. You must meet 4 of 5 criteria within 30 days and be able to operate powered equipment up to 25 ft.

Pay is $24.25 per hour with weekly pay and benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and training. Overtime is possible, and employee incentives are offered based on eligibility.

Qualifications

• Requires 1 year of warehouse experience with a strong work ethic.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate powered equipment.
• Requires HS Diploma or GED and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift, overtime, and adhere to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform picking, checking, auditing, sorting, and staging orders with high accuracy.
• Receive, unload, sort, and bin inbound materials with attention to detail.
• Ship and receive per SOPs within the SIMOS/Toyota Production System framework.
