Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Diversity-friendly environment with professional relationship building.
• Punctual with good attendance.
• Able to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs.
• Flexible schedule on various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse tasks including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Work within contract performance measurement guidelines.
• Ensure accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, loading, and unloading of trucks.
• Process day-to-day warehouse paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
