Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• 1+ year experience as Team Lead preferred.
• 1+ year experience with RF scanning preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive continuous improvement for warehouse efficiency.
• Perform warehouse tasks: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation.
• Allocate daily work and coordinate shifts.
• Inspire team toward KPI improvements using leadership methods.
• Ensure health and safety practices are followed.
• Complete daily reports and suggest action plans to improve operations.
