Job summary

thyssenkrupp Materials Services is seeking a warehouse associate for 2nd shift to handle storage and shipping of materials, supporting overall operations while meeting customer expectations.

Responsibilities include sorting, packing, operating material handling equipment, and following health and safety initiatives. A high school diploma and basic math are required, with lifting up to 50 lbs and basic computer skills essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to use and understand scanning technology.
• Safety-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Sort, stack, clean, stock and inspect cartons, pallets, or parts to support operations.
• Assist in filling and packaging orders and complete paperwork as instructed.
• Operate cranes, forklifts and other material handling equipment to move stock.
• Assist machine operators with various tasks to support operations.
• Perform general clean-up and maintain equipment in working condition.
• Report issues or breakdowns to supervisor immediately and train others when required.
• Participate in health, safety, quality and Lean initiatives and requirements.
