Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs. over distances.
• Basic math skills for daily tasks.
• Previous forklift experience.
• Safety mindset and willingness to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Accurately removes and stocks product, customer’s product, and supplies per inventory plan.
• Selects products to fill customer orders and packs them properly.
• Loads and unloads trucks and verifies correct items are handled.
• Performs picking, processing and packing; may cut orders on Kaltenbach saw.
• Completes cycle counts and inspects forklift at shift start.
• Identifies, holds and segregates defective material; completes required paperwork.
• Maintains general cleanliness and supports health and ISO/6S initiatives.
• Assists in other duties as requested by supervisor or team lead.
