Job summary

Saks Global is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support efficient warehouse operations. You will be trained in a specific department and cross-trained to work across Receiving, Stocking, Order Fulfillment, Returns, Shipping and Packing, reporting to the shift Supervisor.

You should have strong time management and communication skills, and be comfortable with overtime during peak periods. English proficiency is required for safety training and compliance.

YOU WILL BE:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will help ensure efficient warehouse operations by processing merchandise following departmental and Saks Global standards. While you will receive training in a specific department, you will also be cross-trained and expected to work across multiple areas. This position is based in the warehouse and reports directly to the shift Supervisor.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Process merchandise while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
• Work across multiple warehouse responsibilities, including Receiving, Stocking, Order Fulfillment, Returns, Shipping, and Packing, based on our needs.
• Ensure all merchandise handling and processing meets Saks Global standards.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Follow all operational and safety protocols to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Be available for overtime during peak business periods.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• Willingness to be cross-trained and work in multiple warehouse departments.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• This position requires English proficiency to complete safety and on-the-job training and to meet compliance requirements.

SALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS:

The hourly rate for this position is $18.75 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
