Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group, formerly Saks Global, operates luxury brands across Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue and Bergdorf Goodman. This Night Shift IC/QA Coordinator role sits in our Distribution Center with a Sunday-Thursday 4:30PM-1:00AM schedule, coordinating merchandise movement and resolving issues.

You will ensure inventory accuracy, prioritize freight, verify receipts, and maintain safety. The role has no direct reports and demands attention to detail, independence, and strong

Qualifications

Job Description

Night Shift IC/QA Coordinator Shift Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 4:30PM-1:00AM

You Will Be

As a Coordinator in our Distribution Center, you will be responsible for making sure that merchandise reaches the designated end-destination in a timely fashion. They work closely with the leadership team on problem resolution and to ensure inventory accuracy. The coordinator position requires an elevated skill set and does not have direct reports.

What You Will Do

• Perform all functions of the department including processing, material handling, and problem resolution
• Problem solving receipt issues to outside business partners.
• Prioritize freight to achieve daily goals
• Verify merchandise is received correctly
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards

What You Will Bring

• Demonstrate attention to detail
• Possess the ability to work independently
• Can communicate effectively with leadership, business partners, and customers
• Generate a variety of approaches to problem solving
• Open to learning and developing new skills and processes
• Ability to use and/or learn a RF Scanner
• Ability to work a pre-set schedule
• Good computer skills with an ability to learn Warehouse Management Systems.
• Ability to operate manual pallet jack
• Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift/pull/push up to 50 lbs. repetitively
• Must have understanding of English language both written and verbal. Must be able to communicate understanding of English during the interview process.

Salary And Other Benefits

The hourly rate for this position is $19.75 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Salary Range $17.05 - $21.32*

Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
