They work closely with the leadership team on problem resolution and to ensure inventory accuracy. The coordinator position requires an elevated skill set and does not have direct reports.**What You Will Do:*** Perform all functions of the department including processing, material handling, and problem resolution* Problem solving receipt issues to outside business partners.* Prioritize freight to achieve daily goals* Verify merchandise is received correctly* Maintain safety and housekeeping standards**What You Will Bring:*** Demonstrate attention to detail* Possess the ability to work independently* Can communicate effectively with leadership, business partners, and customers* Generate a variety of approaches to problem solving* Open to learning and developing new skills and processes* Ability to use and/or learn a RF Scanner* Ability to work a pre-set schedule* Good computer skills with an ability to learn Warehouse Management Systems.* Ability to operate manual pallet jack* Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift/pull/push up to 50 lbs. repetitively* Must have understanding of English language both written and verbal.
