Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, proven warehouse experience, and the ability to lift heavy objects. Forklift certification is a plus and strong attention to detail is essential for safety and accuracy.

We are seeking an experienced warehouse person to add to our team at the Culinary Center in Plymouth!

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock. The Warehouse Associate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be physically fit, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Receiving and Processing

• Receive and unload incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders.
• Inspect goods for defects or damages and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated locations.

Order Picking and Packing

• Efficiently pick orders according to customer requirements.
• Pack and label orders for shipping.
• Ensure all outgoing shipments are accurate and well-packaged.

Stock Maintenance

• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock items to management.
• Perform regular cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized, adhering to safety standards.

Shipping and Documentation

• Prepare shipping documents and labels.
• Coordinate with carriers for timely and cost-effective shipments.
• Load and unload trucks as needed.
