Job description

Hourly Pay:

$19-21 + $1 shift differential

Schedule:

2:30pm - 11pm M-F

OVERVIEW:

The Warehouse Associate performs a variety of warehouse/distribution functions accurately and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, order filling, packaging, and shipping. The role requires demonstrating safety and operational expertise within a quality and productivity-driven environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform warehouse duties including receiving, stocking, order filling, packaging, and shipping.
• Receive, unload, and verify incoming freight.
• Verify stock quantities and follow proper stocking procedures.
• Prioritize and fill orders accurately using warehouse equipment.
• Pick, package, and label products correctly for shipping.
• Ensure shipping orders match documentation and load packages appropriately.
• Address issues related to damages, shortages, or inventory inaccuracies.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• High school diploma/GED with 1-2 years of warehouse or material handling experience.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment; must pass certification.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Software is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong reading and comprehension skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 80 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Experience with RIF Scanner and SAP is preferred.

Pay Rate:

$21 per hour. Pay varies based on factors such as skills, experience, and certifications. Incentive bonuses may be available.
