Warehouse Associate (3rd Shift) (Recruiting)

Pay Rate: $17.25 - $18.50

Overview

COME JOIN THE LACOSTA TEAM!

LACOSTA is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Saint Charles, IL!

Job Schedule: Monday-Friday, plus every other Saturday

• 3rd Shift: 11PM-7AM

Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday)

• $18-19/hr
• $250 Sign-on Bonus

Job Duties

• Correctly stacks cases of finished product onto the proper pallets.
• Maintains work area in a safe manner.
• Performs other related duties to contribute to the success of the operation as assigned by supervision.

Requirements

• Pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to perform simple calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) and apply good mathematical reasoning.
• Ability to stand, walk, twist up to 8 hours per day.
• Ability to lift upwards to 50lbs up to a level of 6ft high multiple times per day.
• Required to wear steel-toed shoes, bump cap, hair net, ear plugs, and safety glasses in the manufacturing area.
• The noise level in the work environment is consistently above 85 decibels.
• Dust from paper converting process constantly present.
• Wear specialty gloves when handling waste to prevent cuts to hands.
• The employee constantly works near moving mechanical parts and lift trucks.
• The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or vapors or hazardous products such as degreasers and silicone sprays.
• Ambient temperature and humidity may be elevated during the summer months.
