Adams Door Co, a DH Pace Company Inc. in Des Moines, IA, is currently looking for a Material Coordinator & Warehouse Inventory Associate to join our team! We are looking for an individual who can play a pivotal role in material handling to ensure project requirements are met efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will encompass purchasing materials, coordinating with vendors and project managers, managing inventory, and overseeing the receipt and storage of materials.

Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)

• Receive and inspect materials, verify counts, sort and store stock, and stage items for installation or shipment.
• Participate in physical inventory and cycle counts to maintain an accurate inventory.
• Use software and equipment to track inventory, operate tools and machinery (e.g., box cutters, pallet jacks, forklifts), and maintain a clean and safe warehouse.
• Purchase materials as specified, manage online orders, consolidate requests, check vendor pricing and discounts, and ensure timely processing of stock and order requests.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Support warehouse and procurement operations with other assigned tasks.

Successful Candidates Will

• Have a High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• 1 or more years of Warehouse experience.
• 1 or more years' experience in inventory/inventory management experience.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office.
• Be team oriented with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Have the ability to safely lift 100 pounds.
