Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation's Parker HVAC Filtration Division in Jeffersonville, IN is hiring a Utility Operator to move raw materials between WIP areas and machines, ensuring accurate documentation and flexible coverage across Assembly I-III and Machine Operators I-III.

You will maintain 5S discipline, follow safety rules, load materials efficiently, record data, and assist with quality inspections. HS or GED and 2–3 years manufacturing experience preferred; English communication required.

Qualifications

• HS Degree or GED is required.
• 2-3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Ability to pass a tape measure test.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Alert Supervisor and maintenance personnel of problems.
• Load materials quickly to minimize downtime.
• Keep the work area clean and 5S compliant.
• Follow safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain production and operate necessary equipment.
• Record production data.
• Perform quality inspections as needed.
• Train new team members on SOPs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
