Job summary

Adient US LLC in West Point, GA is seeking a Seat Assembly Operator for the 2nd shift (8:30 PM - Sun-Thu until finished). You will participate as a Team Member in assembling automotive seating units with a focus on quality and efficiency.

You will perform line assembly, rotate through workstations, inspect parts, and use pneumatic tools and torque guns. Lifting up to 25 lbs is required; overtime and safety rules apply.

• Participates in line assembly and support operations per specifications.
• Rotates through workstations to cover multiple production functions.

Responsibilities

• Complete assembly of automotive seating units while maintaining safety and quality.
• Operate line assembly equipment and hand tools to mass-produce seating units.
• Monitor material flow, report shortages, and restock as needed.
• Lift and position seating components up to 25 lbs as required.
• Inspect work in progress and resolve defects with appropriate actions.
