Molin Concrete Products Company in Lino Lakes, MN is seeking a dependable Onsite Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and company tools, test basic electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and support repairs as needed. This is a fully onsite role with hours Monday through Friday 5:00am–1:30pm, with overtime as required.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and either 2+ years of technical training or 3 years of hands-on

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ year technical training or 3 years of experience
• Read exploded parts diagrams and schematics
• Precast concrete knowledge is a plus but not required

Mansioni

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment and tools.
• Test basic electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Review safety and maintenance checklists and report issues.
• Repair or replace parts and assist other maintenance staff.
• Operate overhead cranes and rigging safely.
• Maintain inventory for maintenance parts and request replacements as needed.
