Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Strong observation and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations.
• Basic computer reporting and documentation skills.
• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
• Observe and report suspicious activities, incidents, or hazards.
• Enforce policies including access control and visitor management.
• Provide assistance and directions to staff and visitors as needed.
• Respond promptly to emergencies such as medical situations and alarms.
• Maintain clear records of daily activities and incidents.
