Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift 65 lbs consistently for a full shift.
• Proficiency with basic math and data entry.
• Mechanically inclined with aptitude for equipment handling.

Responsibilities

• Hooks up vats or tanks and prepares lines for operation.
• Adjusts table height, fill levels, heat, capper, and rails.
• Cleans and checks video jet head and label placement.
• Operates filling lines, monitors fills and batch codes.
• Completes shift reports with product, quantity, and personnel.
• Trains other associates and maintains daily equipment upkeep.
• Maintains cleanliness of machines and floors; performs overlap notes.
• Directs line associates on filling line as needed.
