Job summary

Matthew Warren, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator I for trimming and drilling parts on the 2nd shift. You will work in the Machine Shop under the Department Manager, with a focus on meeting daily production needs and maintaining quality.

The role requires reading blueprints, using precision measuring tools, and performing basic maintenance. Strong safety adherence and teamwork are essential in a non-exempt, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Experience with precision measurement and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe operations by following safety procedures and regulations.
• Trim plated parts to print specifications using manual and programmable lathes.
• Core drill parts with manual drill presses, lathes and HAAS drilling machines.
• Record production data in paper travellers and the ERP system.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and perform routine maintenance as directed.
